WOYWDW

I'm in the process of moving so here is my "desk"...but I do have my new Imagine machine set up on the dining room table along with other of my scrapbook goodies and tools so I have basically taken over the table...I have done a lot of downsizing this last year preparing for this move...I went from a 4 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom ( empty nest time)....When people heard I was moving and I would not have a "scrap room" they said what are you going to do with your scrap stuff...haha nothing with it but I sure did a lot of downsizing of my other stuff...so basically it took all of 5 minutes to move my "stuff" and 5 days to pack and move my scraproom! NO kidding there! So read on down a bit to see my creations with my new Imagine....

You sound so much like me - no downsizing of stash - I'd rather have less of everything else to move! Can't wait to see your desk as you unpack!

What a lovely blank space you have to re-organise yourself in. Oh the luxury :)

I would have made the same choices in your shoes lo. That is a very clean workdesk! I hope you get it filled with your lovely toys soon.

And oooooooo an Imagine :D. I had to resist (and just by the skin of my teeth with my tax bill in plain sight the entire HSN launch lol. I did console myself with some lovely stickles from the Tim Holtz show.

But I just wanted to let you know, Superman and Batman aren't just for well Superman and Batman.

Superman has a great comic font if you make your pages look like frames in a comic strip, it has all sorts of thought bubbles and speech bubbles. And Zap!s and Pows... dramatic effect elements. And some really lovely boxes you can embellish in any manner you please. I think the Superman *S* box could be made into a diamond "bling" box with out much difficulty at all. And Oh my bug, you can make a set of "family" boxes instead of supermans face, put a picture printed at scale, or not printed to scale :D.

Sorry just had to do a little enabling there lol.

You have a fantastically blank canvas so you can put things where you really want them.

Hope you get everything moved and set up in your new home. Thanks for popping by my blog, my Mum who is 83 got a laptop last year and is now managing to 'surf the web' so I am sure your Mum will do fine. I have a Son in the army but I am lucky as he is sationed at home at the moment.
Good luck with the move

Oh Bethany, that kinda puts our stash habits into perspective huh - 5 days to pack and move it! Gulp! It is a fab way to start fresh and I just know that desk unit will be gorgeous when unpacked.

Five glorious days of stash sorting... Hope you managed to find some treasure you'd forgotten about while you were packing. And how nice to have a blank canvas to start from when you restock your desk. Happy new space!

Good luck with the moving stuff, that's some downsizing! Can't believe you didn't leave yourself a craft room, tho, I would probably have stayed in the same house and had three craft rooms, lol!
